HamburyHird Design Ltd employed Rebecca as a freelance project manager for over a year between May 2022 and August 2023.
Rebecca was employed solely to work on a specific project in London; a Turnkey CAT A and B refurbishment and fit out of a 6-storey office building at 22 Baker Street London.
Rebecca’s role was to assist and support the Hambury Hird Design Director Project Manager in the delivery of this development.
Rebecca’s key roles were as follows;
i) Monitoring the expenditure and cashflow for the project, including construction costs, fees and other development related costs
ii) Co-ordinating Design Information between the Main Contractor, Specialist Sub-contractors and the Design Team.
iii) Co-ordinating the appointments of the Design Team.
Rebecca was very well organised, conscientious and diligent in her approach to the role.
